There are many cafes and people who enjoy coffee in Korea. 한국에는 카페도 많고 커피를 즐기는 사람도 많다. I am one of them. 나도그중의 한명이다. I can concentrate better if I study at a cafe. 카페에서 공부하면 집중이 더 잘된다. writer moonlining 달빛날해 I woke up at 8 in the morning today. 나는 오늘 아침 8시에 일어났다. I took a shower and ate Budae jjigae. 샤워하고 부대찌개를 먹었다. And I meditated with a meditation program on Netflix while eating. 밥을 먹는 동안 넷플릭스에서 하는 명상 프로그램을 보면서 명상했다. I took medicine after breakfast. 밥 먹은 후에 약을 먹었다. I went to the hospital around 10 o'clock, but there were many people because it was Saturday. 10시쯤 병원에 갔는데 토요일이라서 사람이 많았다. I drew a waiting number ticket from the hospital reception lobby, which was number 128, and 26 people were waiting. 병원 로비에서 대기표를 뽑았는데 대기 번호 128번, 내 앞에 26명이 기다리고 있었다. I waited for about 30 minutes and received physical therapy. 30분쯤 기다려서 물리 치료를 받았다. It took about 40 minutes to get it. 물리 치료는 40분쯤 걸렸다. When I got home, I edited a video to upload on YouTube. 집에 와서 유튜브에 올릴 영상을 편집했다. If I watch it for more than an hour and a half, I get a notification, but I don't know how time flies until the notification comes. 만약에 내가 한 시간 반 이상 시청ㅎㅏ면 알림을 받게 돼 있는데 알림이 오면 시간이 너무 빨라서 놀란다. It was time to go to bed. 잘 시간이 되었다. I turned on the Korean poetry reading broadcast and went to sleep. 한국시 낭송 방송을 켜고 잠을 청한다. It worked pretty much. 꽤 효과가 좋다.
